The first title is just the main headline that the reader sees. The second title is usually a subheading that provides more detail about the article. The third title is usually a subheading that provides even more detail about the article. Paragraphs are used to organize the text into logical chunks. Each paragraph should have a topic sentence that states the main idea of the paragraph. The rest of the paragraph should support the topic sentence with evidence and examples.
Paragraph 2
This is an example of a paragraph with a topic sentence. The topic sentence is the first sentence of the paragraph and it states the main idea of the paragraph. The rest of the paragraph supports the topic sentence with evidence and examples.
Paragraph 3
This is an example of a paragraph without a topic sentence. The paragraph is still organized into logical chunks, but there is no single sentence that states the main idea of the paragraph. The reader must infer the main idea from the context of the paragraph.
