Central European Time

Summer Time
During the summer months, Germany observes Central European Summer Time (CEST). CEST is two hours ahead of UTC and is implemented from the last Sunday in March to the last Sunday in October. The transition to and from CEST is done at 02:00 local time on the designated Sundays. When moving to CEST, clocks are set forward by one hour, and when moving back to CET, clocks are set back by one hour.
